Garlic Seed Stock in Churchville, NY

WELCOME TO FRASER’S GARLIC FARM

Today is Monday, April 7, 2025

Welcome to Spring on the Garlic Farm!

Well folks it has been a very long hard Winter this year. It is still colder than usual and tomorrow expecting some snow! However, garlic is very hardy and will make it though.

The garlic has emerged and is about 6″ tall and very healthy looking. We should see a lot of growth later this month as the temperatures begin to warm.

Today I finally was able to open the online ordering. Let me know if there are any issues using the website to order your garlic so that the problem can be fixed quickly. You can always order by phone at any time if you prefer. Do keep in mind that the garlic will be available for pick up or mailing in August and beyond as it is harvested and cured in July.

I welcome those folks who live close and wish to pick up orders or get some garlic to eat. HOWEVER PLEASE CALL ME FIRST TO ARRANGE A TIME as this is a working farm and I am not always right here available to help you out.

THE THREE CATEGORIES OF GARLIC

You will notice two abbreviations next to the different garlic products:  CNG and SG.

CNG means Certified Naturally Grown and is peer review inspected  and grown in accordance with the National Organic Program (NOP) standards. Find them here.

SG means Sustainably Grown, not inspected by a third party, but grown using organically approved practices. Find them here.

So all of the garlic that we grow and handle is chemical free garlic. We do not sell any conventionally grown garlic that has been produced with chemical fertilizers and/or chemical herbicides etc.
